I am Rahul Tarafdar, residing at Jaldapara village in south 24 paraganas . I belong to a nuclear family living with my parents and sister. My father is a farmer and mother is a homemaker. I have a younger sister who studies in class X. Currently I am pursuing MBBS Final Profession Part -I from R.G.Kar Medical College & Hospital. My total education expense is 67950/ year, including my college fees, tuition fees, hostel cost and book expenses. On the other hand, our annual income is Rs. 48000/-. My father manages my expenses with very difficulty by doing farming. Though we belong to a poor family background, my parents are very supportive of our studies. My father manages the whole expenses of our studies, but we are going through a bad situation. He is unable to bear my expenses. Hence I have applied in Mukti with hope that if I get a chance of sponsorship that will be of great help to me and also my family. Eventually I got selected by GSCA and thanks to them for staying beside me for my education support. |
