I am Koushik Kumar Dey, residing in Kolkata, West Bengal. I am living with my parents.My father was a private serviceman. Recently he has lost his job during lockdown. My mother is a housewife. I passed Madhyamik with a score of 86% in 2018 and Higher Secondary with a score of 89% from Shyambazar Anglo Vernacular School in 2021. I got admission to Dumdum Motijheel College in 2020. Now I am a student of 1st year Microbiology Hons. After the lockdown I got partial support from my uncle. It is becoming more difficult for me to complete my education.Our annual income was around Rs 60000 but now as my father lost his job it is unstructured and very low income. On the flip side, my education expenses are around Rs 70000/ year. I give tuition to students to manage my expenses. Hence I have applied in Mukti with hope that if I get a chance of sponsorship that will be of great help to me and also my family. Fortunately I got selected by Mr. Anirban Banerjee and I am very thankful to him. |
