I live in a family with my parents and an elder brother. I stay in Jadavpur in the district of south 24 paraganas in West Bengal. My father Shri Ranjit Purkait is a farmer and my mother Smt. Susama Purkait is a home maker. The annual income of my family is Rs. 54000/- approximately. I am a student of B. Sc 1st year with Zoology Honours in Charuchandra College. My brother is pursuing B.A. 2nd year in a College. Total expenses of my study are goes up to Rs. 7050/- annually. It is very difficult to arrange such a huge amount for our study and household requirements. Though we belong a poor family yet my parents are very keen regarding our education. Hence, I have applied in Mukti for sponsorship. Fortunately I have got selected by Mr. Niladri Nath Bagchi. I am very happy and feel proud. I am thankful to him for supporting my education. I would like to be a teacher and serve the society. |
