I stay in Aryanagar village in the Hooghly district of West Bengal. I am studying GNM Nursing Course, 1st year in E.S.I Hospital ,Manicktala . I have completed my secondary exams in the year 2018 and
scored 88%.My father, Sri. Debashis Das is a farmer with an annual income 48000/- approximately. My
mother, Smt. Swapna Das is a housewife. I have a younger brother who is studying in Std. VII. My father
is only bread earner in my family and. In the future, I wish to pursue nursing and provide service to the
medically ill patients. I have applied in Mukti for sponsorship so that I can get chance to continue my
studies. I am thankful to Mr. Niladri Nath Bagchi who has selected me and has been providing me
