Voice Project Strengthens Field Team Through Two-day Residential Capacity Building Training
To enhance the capacity of its field team and ensure effective implementation of project activities, the VOICE Project organised a two-day residential training programme for its field staff on 13–14 July 2026 at Purba Sreedharpur. The training was designed to strengthen participants' understanding of gender concepts while equipping them with the practical skills required for community engagement, digital communication, and field-based data collection.
