In 2015 MUKTI facilitated total 123 talented but needy students till date to receive scholarship in four different streams of higher education, namely Medial, Engineering, Science and General
On every year MUKTI receives huge of applications from talented but needy students requesting scholarship. With strict guidelines, MUKTI select eligible students. However, it is not always possible to provide schlarship to all eligible students due to lack of sponsors.
In year 2015-16 4,597 students received books under Book Bank project. Below shows the distribution of these books among various grades.
Mukti launched this project Book Bank in 2003. Mukti has slowly but steadily increased their reach by helping more and more needy students from different areas of Sundarban.
During 2014-15 MUKTI supported total 1,033 students in 8 different coaching centers in standard 5 to 10 in different communities of Sunderban, West Bengal.
This shows the number of students and their obtained marks in different buckets from all Coaching Centers run by MUKTI.
Since long MUKTI is working to advocate and promote Sustainable Agriculture Movement (SAM) in different parts of Sunderban. In November 2012, MUKTI formed an autonomous body of volunteers, namely MOFA (MUKTI Organic Farmers Association)in order to establish the ethics of SAM. The body started with 800 members for providing end to end sustainable farming solution and build capabilities to produce organic crops.

210 Soil testing conducted by MUKTI’s own instruments
565 Members received 7 variety of seeds for Organic Kitchen garden

17,622 Kg Vegetables produced in rainy and winter season last year
