On 8th June Asha for Education has approved USD 17.4K for Aila flood relief and rehabilitation program to Mukti and BTS. Total eight different chapters of Asha are involved in this project funding and they are DC, Florida, Atlanta, Athens, Cornell, Portland, Dallas and NY/NJ. Asha is also considering for long term educational and other support to Aila affected regions in Sunderban.
Mukti and BTS are working together and the funds will be spent towards the phase I and phase II of proposal submitted by Mukti & BTS. This project details can be found in Asha's site - Cyclone Aila Relief in WB.
